With YDEM, you can easily collect and manage visitors, products and leads during Sustainable Solutions Kortrijk. The app allows you to create a personal database in which all scanned information is stored in a clear manner.
From the home screen, you can scan visitors and products, view previous scans, look up exhibitors and products, view seminars and manage your favourites.
While scanning, you can add notes, assign star ratings to leads, and answer personalised questions set up within your organisation. This makes it easy to qualify leads immediately and follow up on them later.
In addition, the app offers handy overviews of exhibitors, product information, and seminars, including the option to select favourites and receive notifications when a seminar begins.
As an exhibitor, you can export an overview of the scanned leads and a list of visitors who have scanned your products.
Visitors can scan any product or person at the event and save the collected information in clearly arranged lists within the YDEM app.
